Key Skills and Requirements:Minimum of 6-10 years of successful sales experience in a similar role. Proven track record of selling SaaS solutions in the $100k-$1M+ ARR range into UK and/or EMEA markets, with experience selling to Fortune 2000 companies. Experience in the legal sector is a plus, but not mandatory. Familiarity with both inside and field sales, capable of managing the complete sales cycle independently. A genuine interest in our product, mission, and industry. Passionate about transforming how businesses and legal departments manage contracts. Self-driven with a strong sense of urgency, diligent work ethic, and humility. Detail-oriented and capable of understanding the broader context. Outstanding communication skills and a commitment to fulfilling customer obligations. Collaborative mindset, eager to engage with other teams and take ownership of projects beyond just closing deals. Adaptable and open to coaching, ready to learn and grow.
