Role Overview: Enterprise Account Executive (Dubai)

The Enterprise Account Executive will focus on building relationships with large organizations across the region. This role centers on understanding each client’s unique challenges and providing solutions that help them improve the way they work. The position is based in Dubai and targets enterprise-level growth for ClickUp.

What You Will Do

  • Identify and engage high-value Enterprise and Strategic prospects, converting them into ClickUp customers to drive new business.
  • Develop and execute strategies to break into new accounts, build relationships with key decision-makers, and deliver solutions tailored to complex business needs.
  • Consistently exceed pipeline and sales targets by generating new opportunities through outbound prospecting, networking, and following up on marketing-qualified leads.
  • Grow existing Enterprise accounts by uncovering new use cases, finding upsell and cross-sell opportunities, and encouraging adoption across multiple business units.
  • Deliver product demos and presentations that clearly communicate value and return on investment to both new prospects and current customers.
  • Work closely with Growth, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to improve lead generation, shorten sales cycles, and increase expansion revenue.
  • Study customer segments and market trends to find new business opportunities while enhancing the quality of the sales pipeline for both acquisition and expansion.
