What does the role entail?

We are looking for a seasoned Enterprise Account Executive to enhance our footprint in the U. S. market. In this strategic sales position, you will serve as a trusted advisor to both clients and partners, aligning Cognigy’s platform with impactful transformation initiatives. While collaboration is key, working alongside channel partners, BDRs, internal stakeholders, and fellow sales professionals, you will also need to embody the spirit of a hunter: proactively advancing opportunities, building consensus, and closing large, intricate deals.

How will you contribute?

  • Represent NiCE Cognigy and drive brand awareness to generate new Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR).
  • Meet and exceed ARR and Annual Contract Value (ACV) booking objectives.
  • Secure deals through both direct sales and our partner ecosystem.
  • Establish and uphold a qualified sales pipeline.
  • Close significant enterprise transactions.
  • Manage the complete sales cycle, from account planning to final closure.
  • Oversee responses to Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and Requests for Information (RFIs).
  • Represent Cognigy at industry trade shows and events.

Do you have what it takes?

  • A proven history of success in selling SaaS or technology solutions (UCaaS, CCaaS, AI).
  • A hunter mentality with a genuine passion for winning.
  • Proficiency in crafting and articulating complex deal structures and return on investment (ROIs).
  • Confidence in navigating sales cycles across all management levels, particularly with SVP and C-Level executives.
  • Strong organizational and prioritization capabilities.
  • Exceptional communication skills and a customer-focused, personable approach.
  • Ability to independently drive a sales cycle while effectively utilizing internal resources.
  • Comfort in leveraging a partner channel to facilitate sales processes.
