Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications5+ years of experience in enterprise SaaS sales, demonstrating a strong history of closing complex, high-value deals. Experience selling to HR, People, or Compensation teams within large enterprise organizations. Proven capability to navigate long sales cycles and build relationships with VP- and C-level stakeholders. Creative and determined in prospecting through email, events, partnerships, referrals, and other channels. Exceptional consultative selling and storytelling skills, with a knack for solving problems collaboratively with customers. Self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership and the ability to work effectively in ambiguous situations. Familiarity with CRM and sales engagement tools (e.g., HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator).

The Role

As an Enterprise Account Executive, you will play a pivotal role in establishing and expanding Compa’s footprint within the most forward-thinking enterprise organizations. By strategically targeting key peer companies in our anchor tenant strategy, you will assist compensation leaders in unlocking valuable real-time market insights. You will manage the complete sales cycle—from innovative prospecting to successful closing—and work closely with marketing, insights, and product teams to achieve outstanding results.
