The Role
As an Enterprise Account Executive, you will play a pivotal role in establishing and expanding Compa’s footprint within the most forward-thinking enterprise organizations. By strategically targeting key peer companies in our anchor tenant strategy, you will assist compensation leaders in unlocking valuable real-time market insights. You will manage the complete sales cycle—from innovative prospecting to successful closing—and work closely with marketing, insights, and product teams to achieve outstanding results.
