This is a pivotal role with complete ownership of the enterprise sales cycle, where you will engage with fintechs, banks, and financial institutions to secure complex deals while developing deep expertise in our products and the industry.
In this role, you will manage the sales process from initial discovery to successful closure, proactively build a robust pipeline, and thrive in a fast-paced, autonomous environment. Expect to travel frequently and represent Flagright at conferences and events across Europe.

Revenue Ownership:
Lead the complete enterprise sales cycle, from discovery to closure
Negotiate complex, multi-stakeholder deals with financial institutions and fintechs
Maintain a disciplined, high-quality pipeline focused on revenue achievement
Drive account growth through expansions and upsells
Pipeline & Market Development:
Develop pipeline through proactive market engagement and lead generation
Represent Flagright at industry events and customer meetings across Europe
