As the Engineering Manager, you will guide a talented team in developing and scaling Game Warden, our flagship platform that enables secure software delivery within government frameworks. Your responsibilities will include driving technical execution, mentoring team members, and collaborating across departments to achieve significant outcomes that align with 2F's mission and objectives.

WHAT YOU’LL DO
Lead and mentor a geographically distributed team of engineers, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and ongoing development.
Drive execution across vital technical initiatives that improve the scalability, reliability, and performance of 2F’s core offerings.
Collaborate closely with Product, Platform, and Security teams to establish roadmaps, prioritize tasks, and meet project milestones.
Offer technical direction and architectural oversight, ensuring adherence to industry best practices and compliance requirements.
