As a pivotal member of our organization, you will guide and inspire a team of junior engineers, focusing on innovative energy management and demand-side management (DSM) program engineering. Your leadership will empower clients to reduce energy consumption and cut costs by identifying effective energy-saving measures, analyzing project economics, supporting implementation, and verifying installations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support utility programs to achieve energy savings goals.
  • Produce high-quality deliverables with minimal quality control oversight.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and engineering firms.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to commercial and industrial clients as well as program staff.
  • Champion energy efficiency initiatives by identifying barriers and proposing actionable solutions.
  • Ensure quality deliverables while promoting a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Oversee technical project reviews and mentor junior engineers to enhance their capabilities.
  • Deliver timely feedback and ensure client expectations are met.
  • Maintain high standards of quality control and technical excellence.
  • Update engineering analysis tools and software regularly.
  • Offer technical assistance for project implementation, including calculations and scope development.
  • Mentor junior engineers in energy efficiency projects, including energy auditing and commissioning.
