The Opportunity
At Superhuman, we are on a quest to create the fastest and most enjoyable productivity experiences driven by AI. As we expand aggressively, our internal tech operations must evolve in tandem with our vision. We are searching for an Engineering Manager to lead our Land & Expand team within the Managed Growth division.
The Managed Growth team is pivotal in enhancing our Sales-led business line. Established a year ago, this team plays a crucial role in delivering a Superhuman product suite that is enterprise-ready in terms of features, compliance, administration, and manageability. The Managed Growth division consists of four teams, and we are eager to find a manager to lead the Land and Expand initiative.
In this role, you will:
- Lead and nurture a team of six engineers, offering mentorship, fostering career development, and establishing a culture of technical excellence. Your team will comprise four full-stack engineers, one Windows engineer, and one Mac engineer.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing to identify opportunities that enhance funnel performance and drive measurable growth.
- Oversee the development of Grammarly's enterprise feature set, facilitating our transition towards an agentic future with Go.
- Design and build the next generation of agents tailored for enterprise users.
- Engage deeply with your team on technical matters, contributing to design discussions, shaping architecture, participating in code reviews, and submitting small pull requests.
