About the job

DISCO is revolutionizing the realm of legal technology. Our primary objective is to empower lawyers to attain more efficient, data-driven, and fact-based legal outcomes. We began our journey focusing on the vital 'discovery' phase of the legal process with our flagship offering, Ediscovery, which allows legal teams to achieve results with remarkable efficiency.

The exponential growth of data over the past decades has exposed the shortcomings of many legal technology solutions, affecting the efficiency of legal practices. At DISCO, we are committed to delivering transformative solutions for the legal sector. This endeavor necessitates processing vast quantities of data at a petabyte scale while optimizing performance and minimizing operational costs, all while providing users with intuitive, highly responsive consumer-grade experiences.

Our overarching mission is to establish a cohesive technology platform for legal practice. We envision a suite of products designed to deliver distinctly superior legal outcomes with minimal human effort and cost. Our technology tackles the challenges of data scale, allowing legal teams to concentrate on critical tasks that require human legal judgment.

With a trajectory that has already caused significant disruption in the market, our approach is characterized by a lawyer-inspired interface and a cloud-enabled technology platform, striving for exceptional performance and cost efficiency. Thoughtful product planning and design are at the core of our “product first” business philosophy and culture, aligning with our broader goal of enhancing the practice of law through technology.
