About the job
SentiLink is at the forefront of delivering cutting-edge identity and risk management solutions, enabling both institutions and individuals to engage in transactions with absolute confidence. We are revolutionizing the identity verification landscape in the United States by providing services that are not only 10 times faster, smarter, and more precise but also far less cumbersome and costly than traditional methods.
Our rapid growth trajectory is a testament to the effectiveness of our real-time APIs, which have successfully verified hundreds of millions of identities. We initially focused on the financial services sector but are quickly expanding into diverse markets. SentiLink boasts a strong backing from prestigious investors, including Craft Ventures, Andreessen Horowitz, NYCA, and Max Levchin.
Our innovative solutions have garnered accolades from major media outlets such as TechCrunch, CNBC, Bloomberg, Forbes, Business Insider, and PYMNTS. We are proud to be featured in the Forbes Fintech 50 list annually since 2023, and to have made history as the first company to launch the eCBSV, even testifying before the United States House of Representatives regarding the future of identity verification.
At SentiLink, we embrace various working arrangements, from fully remote to in-office setups. Being a digital-first organization, we foster strong collaboration among teams across the U. S. and India. Our physical offices are strategically located in cities such as Austin, San Francisco, New York City, Seattle, Los Angeles, and Chicago in the U. S., as well as Gurugram (Delhi) and Bengaluru in India. If you are near one of our office locations, we encourage regular office attendance, although some positions are designed to be hybrid or fully in-office, such as our engineering team in India, which primarily operates from our Gurugram office.
Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic Engineering Manager to spearhead a full-stack product engineering team. In this role, you will be instrumental in building and enhancing Intercept, SentiLink’s flagship customer-facing application. Intercept serves as the primary interface for our clients to assess risk, monitor activities, and execute actions within our platform. This team is responsible for delivering a seamless product experience—from user interface design and workflows to the backend systems that support them.
In addition, you will manage two other applications (tools and dashboard) that cater to both internal teams and external users, ensuring they align with our strategic goals.
