As part of our Data Platform team, you will work alongside a talented group of data scientists, engineers, and product managers to create highly available and scalable data infrastructure essential for TRM's products and services. In the role of Engineering Manager, you will spearhead the development of mission-critical systems and data services that analyze blockchain transaction activities at an unprecedented petabyte scale, contributing to a safer financial ecosystem for millions.
Your Impact:

Address escalations from operations and collaborate with various teams to resolve production incidents effectively.
Work closely with management and product teams to strategize, estimate, and prioritize roadmap objectives, while identifying upcoming opportunities and risks.
Develop highly reliable data services that integrate seamlessly with numerous blockchain protocols.
Create and manage ETL pipelines that process and transform petabytes of structured and unstructured data in real time.
Design efficient data models for optimal storage and retrieval, ensuring sub-second latency for querying blockchain data.
Oversee the deployment and monitoring of large database clusters, ensuring high performance and availability.
Collaborate cross-functionally with data scientists and backend engineers to deliver exceptional solutions.
