Lead and mentor a team of CI engineers, nurturing a culture of ownership, collaboration, and technical excellence. Collaborate with engineering leadership to align CI systems with broader product and platform objectives. Systems & OperationsOversee the design, scalability, and reliability of builds and pipelines across multiple services and platforms. Ensure efficient and dependable feedback cycles for developers by enhancing build times, test coverage, and reporting. Implement monitoring, alerting, and incident response processes for CI systems to minimize downtime. Collaboration & EnablementWork closely with engineering teams to guarantee seamless integrations and deployment workflows. Identify developer challenges and lead initiatives to boost productivity through tooling, automation, and best practices. Promote CI/CD practices across the organization to elevate engineering efficiency standards.
