As an Engineering Manager, you will lead a high-performing autonomous delivery team, ensuring knowledge continuity and operational excellence. Your main goal will be to empower your team to achieve peak performance.

  • Cultivate strong, trusting relationships with your direct reports, tailoring coaching and mentoring to facilitate their growth.

  • Promote professional development through upskilling, mentorship, and strategic hiring.

  • Oversee team stand-ups and assess progress towards sprint and release goals.
