The Role:
At Human Delta, we are committed to creating innovative products that facilitate the adoption and governance of AI within large organizations. Our users span technical teams and operational leaders who depend on our platform to gain insights into their systems, streamline processes, and understand AI behavior in practical scenarios.
As an intern, you will engage in full-stack development, including designing user interfaces, constructing backend systems, and enhancing product experiences that dictate how organizations utilize AI-driven tools. From day one, you will assume substantial ownership of projects and contribute to defining the core product architecture in a dynamic environment.
About the Role:
Internship duration aligned with your availability (winter, spring, etc.)
Full-time position located in San Francisco, CA
Flexible work hours
Collaborate closely with the founders and initial customers
Potential for conversion to full-time roles for exceptional performers
What Makes You a Good Fit:
Proficient in full-stack development (e.g., Typescript/React, Python; knowledge of relational and vector databases; experience with modern cloud platforms)
Hands-on experience in building production systems for real users
Strong understanding of product, user experience (UX), and system design
A passion for building and a customer-centric mindset
Ability to quickly learn new technologies and take ownership of features from inception to execution
Bonus Points:
Experience with large language models (LLMs), information retrieval systems, knowledge bases, or search technologies
Familiarity with enterprise software such as CRMs, ticketing systems, and content platforms
Prior experience handling large or complex datasets
Experience in designing APIs or workflow engines
