Compensation & Pay Range:
$15-$19 per hour

Those with advanced qualifications and significant experience in early childhood education may be eligible for a higher salary within this range. Regular salary increases can occur with additional education, outstanding performance, and length of service.

Currently Hiring for Full-Time Childcare Teachers:

  • Lead Infant/Toddler Teacher
  • Lead Preschool Teacher
  • Floater Teachers (Part-Time & Full-Time)


Your Responsibilities as a Teacher:

  • Support the social and emotional development of children through guided interactions.

  • Build strong relationships with families through regular updates and personal communication.

  • Must be at least 18 years old.

  • Must be able to pass background checks and health assessments.
  • Ability to lift children up to 30 lbs. for safety and emergency situations.
