Build strong relationships with children, ensuring a safe and inclusive classroom. Document and share important milestones through our app. Model and encourage developmentally appropriate social behaviors. As a Bus Driver Safely transport children to and from local elementary schools and on field trips using a small bus. Maintain a healthy, nurturing environment on the bus. Perform regular safety checks and drills. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent. NCECC certification preferred. Willingness to drive a 14-passenger minibus (CDL not required). At least 21 years old. Physically able to bend, stoop, lift, and stand during the workday. Clean driving record and reliable transportation. BSAC training required.
