General Summary:
The Engagement and Analytics Manager will spearhead global employee engagement initiatives, oversee total rewards reporting, provide benefits insights, analyze compensation trends, and manage related domains. The ideal candidate will possess robust expertise in HR analytics, demonstrate data-driven decision-making abilities, and exhibit a fervor for enhancing employee experience through strategic insights.

- Lead the creation and execution of total rewards reporting, encompassing compensation and benefits benchmarking, analysis, and insights.
