General Summary:

The Engagement and Analytics Manager will spearhead global employee engagement initiatives, oversee total rewards reporting, provide benefits insights, analyze compensation trends, and manage related domains. The ideal candidate will possess robust expertise in HR analytics, demonstrate data-driven decision-making abilities, and exhibit a fervor for enhancing employee experience through strategic insights.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Formulate and implement global employee engagement strategies to bolster overall satisfaction and retention.
  • Lead the creation and execution of total rewards reporting, encompassing compensation and benefits benchmarking, analysis, and insights.
  • Examine compensation trends and market data to ensure equitable pay practices across the organization.
  • Collaborate with HR business partners and leadership to deliver data-driven recommendations on employee engagement, rewards, and recognition programs.
  • Utilize data analytics tools to monitor key metrics, assess program effectiveness, and identify opportunities for improvement.
