Responsibilities:Evaluate tactical intelligence sources for immediate relevance and impact on the client organization. Continuously monitor and analyze threat intelligence feeds and open-source intelligence (OSINT) to proactively identify emerging threats and assess their significance to the organization’s operational landscape. Generate comprehensive intelligence reports, threat assessments, and stakeholder briefings. Correlate threats to client assets and prioritize them based on criticality and potential impact. Maintain situational awareness of the global threat landscape, including adversary tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTPs). Contribute to scenario planning and post-incident lessons-learned analysis. Assist in refining threat intelligence processes, tools, and methodologies. Develop and maintain profiles of threat actors. Provide intelligence support for incident response and post-incident investigations. Requirements:At least 3 years of experience in a relevant intelligence role. Bachelor's degree in history, Political Science, International Relations, Intelligence Analysis, Criminal Justice, Regional Studies, or a related field; a master’s degree is highly preferred. Fluency in English; proficiency in German or other languages is advantageous. Experience in a Regional Information Centre (RIC) or Global Security Operations Centre (GSOC) environment. Demonstrated background in open-source intelligence (OSINT), geopolitical/security analysis, or law enforcement intelligence. Strong understanding of hybrid threats, including cyber, physical, and reputational dimensions. Ability to produce clear, concise intelligence products, including alerts, forecasts, and briefings.

Join Control Risks as an Embedded Intelligence Analyst in our Joint Security Operations Centre (JSOC) located in Munich, Germany. This position focuses on leveraging open-source intelligence and proactive monitoring to enhance our security efforts.

 

As an Intelligence Analyst, you will be pivotal in identifying, analyzing, and reporting on various threats and security incidents. Your responsibilities will include gathering and interpreting intelligence from multiple sources and providing actionable insights that fortify our organization’s security posture and support incident response initiatives.

Your analysis will have a regional focus on the EMEA area, particularly in Central Europe, and this role is shift-based, necessitating on-site presence at our Munich office.
