About the Role

We are on the lookout for an Electro-Mechanical Assembler for a full-time permanent day shift position. Reporting directly to the Production Manager, you will be tasked with crafting high-quality products. This hands-on role allows for independent work and showcases your skills. Collaborating with a small team of technical experts, you must be dedicated, an effective communicator, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. This is an exceptional opportunity to enhance your skills and explore growth within RBR.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assemble high-quality electromechanical products

  • Interpret process documentation, bills of materials (BOM), drawings, and electrical schematics to ensure precise assembly

  • Execute high-quality soldering using soldering tools, a microscope, and other equipment

  • Work collaboratively in a dynamic team environment to enhance processes and cross-functional initiatives
