Job Summary: Join our dynamic manufacturing team as an Electro-Mechanical Assembler. We are looking for a dedicated professional with expertise in assembling and fabricating electro-mechanical components and systems. Your role will involve working closely with engineers and team members to produce high-quality electro-mechanical devices, adhering to engineering specifications and stringent quality standards.

Responsibilities:
Assemble electro-mechanical components and sub-assemblies following detailed engineering drawings, schematics, and work instructions.
Install, align, and adjust mechanical and electrical components to guarantee optimal functioning.
Engage in soldering, wiring, and cable harnessing as necessary.
Conduct testing on assembled electro-mechanical systems to verify functionality and performance.
Troubleshoot and resolve assembly-related issues, identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions.
Maintain meticulous documentation of assembly processes, including recording measurements, test results, and deviations from specifications.
Collaborate with engineers and team members to address design and manufacturing challenges.
Follow all safety protocols to ensure a secure working environment.
Participate in ongoing improvement initiatives to boost efficiency, quality, and productivity.
Keep the work area and equipment clean and organized.

Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or vocational training in electro-mechanical assembly is a plus.
Demonstrated experience in electro-mechanical assembly within a manufacturing setting.
Expertise in reading and interpreting engineering drawings, schematics, and technical documentation.
Hands-on proficiency with hand tools, power tools, soldering equipment, and measurement instruments.
Understanding of quality control standards and practices.
Strong attention to detail with the ability to work with precision.
Excellent problem-solving skills for troubleshooting technical issues.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Capacity to work independently with minimal supervision.
Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.

Physical Requirements:
Ability to lift and move objects weighing up to 50 pounds.
Ability to stand, stoop, bend, and reach for extended periods.
Manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination for assembling small components.
