Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer IV to join our engineering team. In this role, you will lead and empower our substation design team while supporting projects throughout the Rowan portfolio. As a key technical member of the team, you will oversee all facets of Rowan's approach, from site origination to the operational management of transmission, substation, and distribution infrastructure. Your primary focus will be on the strategy, design, and deployment of transmission, substation, and distribution systems to support Rowan's critical capacity requirements. The ideal candidate will be a licensed Professional Engineer with a proven track record in delivering substation and distribution projects. You will possess exceptional strategic thinking, organizational, and communication skills while effectively managing multiple tasks in a dynamic, fast-paced, and collaborative environment.
Travel Requirements: Willingness to travel up to 25% for company events, meetings, or project site visits.
Location: Denver, Colorado – Hybrid Opportunity. Other locations and remote work options may be considered based on experience and alignment with the position.
Compensation: $165,000 - $185,000 + Bonus
