The Electrical Engineer specializing in instrumentation and control is key to developing cutting-edge solutions for industrial equipment. This role encompasses all phases of electrical and instrumentation design, ensuring compliance with standards and collaborating closely with other disciplines. Additionally, you will provide cross-disciplinary technical support and implement innovative technologies.
Your Daily Responsibilities:
- Electrical and Instrumentation Design
- Identify project activities, prepare estimates, and create schedules.
- Coordinate and prioritize outputs for electrical design, instrumentation, and control, working alongside design technicians.
- Design systems including power enclosures, motor control centers, PLC enclosures, and industrial network architectures.
- Ensure adherence to laws, regulations, and design criteria.
- Engage in solving technical challenges.
- Verify compatibility of mechanical structures with electrical requirements.
- Select electrical, electronic, and instrumentation components.
- Analyze and interpret technical drawings, plans, and specifications.
- Support technical writing, production, R&D, and commissioning teams.
- Exercise technical governance over chosen solutions and deliverables.
