About the job
About Neuralink
Neuralink develops advanced devices that connect directly to the human brain. The technology aims to restore movement for people with paralysis, return vision to those who are blind, and change how humans interact with digital systems.
Team Focus
This team builds the electrical systems behind high-bandwidth brain-computer interfaces. Work covers neural signal acquisition, stimulation, wireless power delivery, embedded processing, and system integration. Devices must be compact enough for implantation and operate efficiently under strict thermal and power limits. Projects span analog, RF, digital, and biological domains, often requiring precise measurement, iterative testing, and broad engineering expertise.
What You Will Do
- Design efficient, reliable, and manufacturable miniaturized electrical systems using sound engineering principles and system design methods.
- Take part in all phases of system and board design: requirements definition, component selection, schematic design, layout, prototyping, and verification.
- Lead or support R&D experiments to validate new technologies for implants and chargers.
- Work closely with other teams to ensure smooth systems integration.
- Improve system performance by reducing latency and boosting battery life, reliability, and safety.
- Create and maintain hardware-in-the-loop testing systems for implant-charger solutions and oversee quality control in manufacturing.
Who We're Looking For
Neuralink welcomes electrical engineers at any experience level, from junior to senior. Demonstrated skill and a drive to achieve results matter most.
