Job Title: Ecommerce Operations Project Manager

Job Overview:
Join our client, a rapidly expanding women's eCommerce jewelry brand, as an Ecommerce Operations Project Manager. In this pivotal role, you will spearhead cross-functional project management, ensuring seamless operational coordination and accountability throughout the organization. Your mission will be to facilitate interdepartmental collaboration, eliminate obstacles, and guarantee timely delivery of key initiatives, all while supporting the organization's scalable growth without operational delays.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead execution across marketing, operations, customer experience, product, and fulfillment teams.
- Monitor priorities, deliverables, deadlines, and accountability for all active projects.
- Conduct daily follow-ups, maintain accountability, and escalate hurdles as needed.
- Oversee and optimize the Notion project management system as the primary source of truth.
- Develop workflows, standard operating procedures (SOPs), reporting frameworks, and operational structures to enhance efficiency.
- Collaborate with suppliers, manufacturers, third-party logistics partners, and internal teams.
- Deliver organized daily and weekly reports on project execution status to leadership.
- Identify operational bottlenecks and create scalable systems for improved clarity.
- Ensure consistent execution across product launches, marketing campaigns, operations, and reporting workflows.
Qualifications:
Essential Skills:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in project management, operations coordination, or business operations (eCommerce experience is preferred). Proven expertise in managing cross-functional workflows and executing tasks across various teams. Exceptional proficiency in Notion is required, including advanced usage of databases, views, dashboards, templates, and project workflows. Familiarity with tools like Asana, Monday, or Trello is a bonus, but Notion is our primary platform.
Ability to thrive in a high-accountability environment with strict deadlines. Highly organized, structured, and detail-oriented. A proactive approach with a focus on execution. Excellent written communication skills (clear, concise, professional). Confident in follow-ups, deadline management, and escalation of issues when necessary. Comfortable coordinating across time zones and collaborating with international partners. Experience working closely with senior leadership. Capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously without losing track of details. A natural inclination towards process-driven work and system building.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in eCommerce, direct-to-consumer (DTC), consumer brands, fashion, jewelry, or beauty industries is desirable.
