Are you a dynamic Ecommerce Manager eager to boost our online sales and transform our digital channels? Join us at Harvey Water Softeners, where your expertise in website optimization, conversion improvement, and online merchandising will play a pivotal role in enhancing customer experiences. Collaborate closely with our Acquisition team and CRM Manager, while also engaging with IT, Operations, Sales, and Customer Experience teams to ensure a seamless and commercially-driven online journey.
Responsibilities:
- E-commerce Trading & Performance Strategy: Take ownership of daily, weekly, and monthly online performance metrics, including revenue, conversion rates, and traffic KPIs. Formulate trading plans to meet financial objectives and spearhead promotional activities, seasonal campaigns, and product launches. Analyze performance analytics and make informed, data-driven decisions to enhance outcomes.
- Website Management: Supervise onsite content, product listings, categorization, navigation, and search engine optimization. Collaborate with design teams to enhance user experience and streamline the checkout process. Oversee product lifecycle management online, ensuring accuracy in descriptions, imagery, pricing, and stock levels. Coordinate updates through internal teams or external agencies and manage the conversion rate optimization testing plan to boost consumer usability.
- Digital Marketing Collaboration: Work alongside our SEO agency to implement recommendations that enhance website visibility. Aid in developing customer acquisition and retention strategies. Ensure that campaigns and landing pages are aligned for optimal conversion.
- Customer Experience: Advocate for customer insights and feedback, leveraging data to refine the end-to-end online experience. Collaborate with Customer Service to resolve issues and elevate overall satisfaction. Share insights, results, and opportunities for performance improvement across the organization.
- Technology & Improvement: Contribute to the roadmap for e-commerce platform enhancements and ensure adherence to data protection, accessibility, and online retail standards.
