Role Overview

Pattern is hiring an Ecommerce Director for the European team in London. This leadership position oversees the performance of brands represented on Amazon and other major marketplaces. Reporting to the VP of Ecommerce, the Ecommerce Director leads a team of Senior eCommerce Managers and Senior Advertising Strategists, focusing on scaling business impact and performance.

What You Will Do

  • Manage financial performance and relationships for a diverse portfolio of global brands.
  • Mentor and guide team members in developing and executing growth strategies.
  • Collaborate with Operations, Content, Advertising, Creative, Merchandising, and Finance teams to deliver results.
  • Lead cross-functional projects to improve operational efficiency and implement best practices for scalable growth in the EU.
  • Engage both partners and internal stakeholders to achieve shared business goals.

  • Experience leading teams in ecommerce, ideally across multiple marketplaces such as Amazon.
  • Strong commercial acumen and a history of developing talent.
