Role Overview

As a Category Growth Manager, you will take the lead in driving the expansion of a multi-million dollar product category, focusing primarily on e-commerce platforms such as Amazon. You will oversee the entire category lifecycle, from product positioning and advertising to demand planning, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to ensure robust growth and success. This role demands a blend of data-informed decision-making, innovative strategies, and hands-on execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Category Ownership & Strategy: Manage the comprehensive performance of the category, encompassing revenue, margin, pricing, advertising, and inventory management.
  • Optimization & Growth: Continuously enhance product positioning, content, pricing, and promotional strategies to propel growth and maximize market share.
  • Product Innovation & Expansion: Discover new product opportunities and oversee the lifecycle of existing products ensuring they remain relevant and profitable.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, sales, and product development teams to execute growth initiatives.
