Through our Early Childhood Approach (ECA) program, we empower families by providing support to understand their children's development needs, assisting them in accessing appropriate services, and building the skills necessary for their child's growth. We also connect families with community resources to enhance their support networks.
Your Role and Impact
Are you seeking a fulfilling career in early childhood intervention? EACH is looking for a dedicated Early Years Specialist to join our diverse team of Allied Health professionals, Social Workers, and Inclusive Education specialists. In this role, you will:
Provide tailored support in collaboration with families to help them achieve their goals using evidence-based practices.
Utilize assessments and observations of child development to customize support options for each child and family.
Empower families and caregivers by enhancing their skills and confidence to support children in everyday situations.
Connect children and families with community resources to ensure inclusion and participation in chosen activities.
