Role Overview
As the E-Commerce Business Manager, you will be responsible for the entire P&L of Hadley Designs' e-commerce operations, focusing on enhancing our Amazon business and expanding our multi-channel online footprint. Your role will involve driving revenue growth, optimizing product positioning, managing pricing strategies, and leading promotional efforts across various online platforms. This high-impact position requires your strategic and operational expertise to scale our business and secure the long-term success of our e-commerce channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Comprehensive E-Commerce Management: Oversee all facets of the e-commerce business, including revenue generation, margin optimization, pricing strategies, advertising, and inventory management.
- Performance Enhancement: Continuously refine product listings, content, pricing strategies, and promotional plans to maximize conversion rates, sales, and profitability.
- New Product Development and Market Expansion: Identify new product opportunities and avenues for market expansion, collaborating with internal teams to successfully launch them.
