Weekday's Client seeks a Technical Sales Engineer in Bengaluru to drive business growth in the automotive and manufacturing sectors, with a strong emphasis on electric vehicle components. This role blends technical understanding with sales skills to market complex solutions and build lasting client relationships.
What You Will Do
- Act as the link between clients and internal engineering teams, ensuring customer needs are fully understood and addressed.
- Engage directly with Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) to identify new business opportunities.
- Develop proposals that clearly communicate value and align with client requirements.
- Manage the entire sales cycle: lead generation, needs assessment, proposal creation, contract negotiation, and closure.
- Support clients after the sale to maintain satisfaction and foster long-term partnerships.
- Present technical concepts in a clear, persuasive manner to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
