Consistently meet and exceed sales targets through strategic planning and execution. Monitor market dynamics, competitor actions, and emerging technologies. Maintain accurate sales data and pipeline management using CRM/ERP systems. Conduct engaging product presentations and technical discussions with stakeholders. Travel as necessary for client meetings and industry events. What Makes You a Great FitA minimum of 2-3 years of experience in technical sales, ideally within the automotive or electric vehicle sector. Comprehensive understanding of electrical, electronics, or mechanical systems. Experience engaging with OEMs and industrial clients. Capability to simplify complex technical ideas for diverse audiences. Demonstrated success in achieving sales goals and cultivating client relationships. Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Familiarity with manufacturing processes and industry standards. Proficient in ERP/CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
