Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify customer needs and propose appropriate technical solutions. Create and deliver tailored sales proposals that address client requirements. Lead comprehensive sales activities, encompassing lead generation, negotiations, and deal closures. Establish and nurture strong relationships with customers, particularly within the automotive OEM sector. Collaborate with engineering and product teams to ensure solution feasibility and timely delivery. Offer technical support and guidance throughout the sales cycle and post-sales phase. Consistently meet and exceed sales targets through strategic planning and execution. Monitor market dynamics, competitor actions, and emerging technologies. Maintain accurate sales data and pipeline management using CRM/ERP systems. Conduct engaging product presentations and technical discussions with stakeholders. Travel as necessary for client meetings and industry events. What Makes You a Great FitA minimum of 2-3 years of experience in technical sales, ideally within the automotive or electric vehicle sector. Comprehensive understanding of electrical, electronics, or mechanical systems. Experience engaging with OEMs and industrial clients. Capability to simplify complex technical ideas for diverse audiences. Demonstrated success in achieving sales goals and cultivating client relationships. Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Familiarity with manufacturing processes and industry standards. Proficient in ERP/CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.

What you will do

  • Serve as the main connection between clients and internal engineering teams, making sure customer needs are understood and addressed.
  • Work directly with Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) to spot and develop new business opportunities.
  • Create proposals that clearly show value and match client requirements.
  • Oversee the full sales process, including lead generation, needs assessment, proposal development, contract negotiation, and closing deals.
  • Support clients after sales to maintain satisfaction and encourage lasting business relationships.
  • Explain technical concepts in a way that is clear and convincing for both technical and non-technical audiences.
