Key Responsibilities
• End-to-End Hiring Delivery: Oversee the complete recruitment lifecycle, from defining job scopes to extending offers and facilitating onboarding, ensuring an exceptional candidate experience.
• Strategic Stakeholder Management: Serve as a trusted advisor to Hiring Managers and HR Business Partners, providing insights on market trends and workforce planning to align with organizational goals.
• Sourcing & Innovation Strategy: Develop strategies to attract diverse job profiles. Lead efforts to identify and engage passive talent, utilizing advanced sourcing techniques and digital platforms to build strong talent pipelines for specialized roles.
• Process Excellence & Mentorship: Discover opportunities to enhance recruitment workflows and provide guidance, support, and best practices to team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Employer Branding & EVP: Contribute significantly to shaping and promoting our Employer Value Proposition (EVP). Lead recruitment campaigns, career fairs, and digital initiatives to enhance our brand visibility in the market.
• Data-Driven Insights: Track and analyze recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, candidate experience) to enhance efficiency and inform future hiring strategies.
Requirements
• A degree in any discipline with 6–10 years of relevant experience in Talent Acquisition.
• Extensive practical experience with recruitment technologies, including Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), AI-driven sourcing tools, and platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, JobStreet, and other specialized databases and job boards.
• Proven success in proactive sourcing for both high-volume and specialized roles.
• Exceptional interpersonal and influencing skills. An independent, resourceful problem-solver who remains a committed team player.
