Role overview
This Dynamic Sales Representative position centers on expanding FlexAuto’s client base in Rome. The role involves managing inbound leads and guiding potential customers through the sales process, primarily over the phone. Building trust, understanding customer needs, and closing deals are key parts of the job.
What you will do
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets to help grow the customer base.
- Manage inbound leads and follow up with prospects, mostly by phone.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships based on trust.
- Conduct phone-based sales activities, from assessing needs to presenting products.
- Handle inquiries, negotiate agreements, and support customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.
- Collaborate with the sales team to improve efficiency and service quality.
Requirements
- 1-2 years of sales experience, ideally with a focus on phone sales and lead management.
- Strong interpersonal skills and comfort managing several tasks in a startup environment.
- Motivation to close deals and a proactive, dedicated work style.
- Customer-focused approach with a history of achieving results.
- Enjoyment of varied tasks involving communication, organization, and customer interaction.
- Ability to work independently and solve problems as they arise.
