This role is highly interactive and hands-on. You will engage directly with the team in the field, at customer homes, and during meetings—transforming individual sales representatives into a cohesive, disciplined unit that consistently provides exceptional customer experiences and meets performance objectives.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish a successful, performance-oriented sales culture and team
  • Facilitate daily team huddles, structured sales meetings, and personalized coaching sessions
  • Demonstrate and coach effective presentation skills, discovery techniques, objection handling, and closing strategies
  • Ensure every customer interaction results in a 5-star experience
  • Onboard and train new employees to expedite their productivity
  • Monitor KPIs, identify trends, and implement positive changes
  • Enforce accountability among team members regarding standards, behaviors, and results

Minimum Qualifications:

  • At least 2 years of sales experience
  • A minimum of 1 year in a leadership, coaching, or management role within a sales team
  • Experience in in-home sales, retail sales leadership, or similar sectors is preferred
