Overview
We are in search of a passionate and proactive Registered Nurse (RN) to join our dedicated team, committed to upholding our high standards of quality care. The ideal candidate is enthusiastic about patient well-being and strives to create a welcoming and positive experience for all patients. Strong communication skills are essential to thrive in our collaborative and fast-paced clinical environment. This is a full-time role based in one of our state-of-the-art clinics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with health care regulations including JCAHO, HIPAA, and OSHA.
- Exhibit clinical proficiency as an RN, performing tasks such as administering medications, setting up sterile fields, and sterilizing equipment.
- Communicate effectively with medical personnel to coordinate daily clinical and surgical schedules.
- Accurately and appropriately document clinical and surgical notes.
- Provide the highest level of patient care and service at all times.
- Adhere consistently to policies and procedures to foster positive patient outcomes.
- Enhance physician patient retention through exceptional care and service.
- Take on additional projects and responsibilities as assigned by Clinical Leadership.
