Position Overview
The Media Project Manager will orchestrate the full spectrum of transcription projects that enhance Audio/Video Media accessibility, including subtitling, voiceover, and graphic replacement.
The ideal candidate will excel in managing diverse localization projects, such as:
IVRS (Interactive Voice Response Technology)
E-learning and corporate training materials
Flash and online projects
Radio, TV, and Internet Spots
Animated videos and cartoons
Video and online games
TV and Film
Your Responsibilities
Key Duties
Negotiate pricing and timelines with contract linguists to optimize profitability and expedite project delivery.
Promptly communicate any challenges, delays, or additional information to the Account Executive, actively troubleshooting to resolve issues.
Address and resolve client complaints, collaborating with QA/Management to implement systemic improvements to prevent future occurrences.
Candidate Profile
The successful Media Project Manager will adeptly manage all facets of multimedia project management with support from the Team Lead or Department Manager. Responsibilities include:
Pre-production: Conduct thorough pre-flight checks of audio and video projects, review files, select appropriate vendors, schedule voice talent, and provide clear project instructions to all stakeholders.
Production: Oversee all aspects of recording and audio engineering, including setup, file preparation, and ensuring adherence to project guidelines during recording sessions.
Post-production: Manage all stages of post-production, including video editing, graphic replacements, and quality assurance to deliver polished final products.
