Position Overview:
The Marketing Manager will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing comprehensive ad sales marketing strategies for the Hispanic Group's diverse multi-channel and multi-platform initiatives, including on-air, online, and new media outlets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Strategy Directors to devise and implement integrated marketing strategies tailored for various content and programming.
- Assist in the proactive development of materials aimed at identifying sales opportunities, contributing to the resources utilized by the Integrated Marketing and Ad Sales teams.
- Organize and manage program-related documentation, including briefs, meeting notes, and timelines, ensuring accessibility and clarity throughout the project lifecycle.
- Coordinate with internal teams to secure approvals for sponsorship concepts and validate marketing materials destined for external stakeholders.
- Communication: Ensure timely and consistent dissemination of pertinent project information, including sales opportunities and adjustments in production schedules.
- Project Management Support: Aid in the execution, maintenance, and post-sale follow-up of 360 concepts sold to advertising partners.
- Presentation Skills: Demonstrate the ability to convey marketing concepts effectively, creating impactful materials such as one-sheets, program decks, and campaign recaps, and present them to various audiences.
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of relevant professional experience in marketing or related fields.
- Bachelor's degree (B. A. or B. S.) from an accredited institution, preferably in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Integrated Marketing Communications, Communications, or Advertising.

- Willingness to travel and work flexible hours, including weekends, on short notice.
