Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Brand Development:
• Shape and oversee the brand's overall identity along with project-specific branding initiatives.
• Ensure uniform messaging across print, digital, and event platforms.
2. Marketing Budget Oversight:
• Create and monitor the marketing budget to optimize resources and achieve strategic objectives.
• Evaluate the return on investment for offline and integrated marketing campaigns.
3. Market Analysis and Strategic Collaboration:
• Keep abreast of market trends, consumer preferences, and competitor actions.
• Work closely with the sales team to gather insights and refine promotional strategies.
4. Media Strategy and Partnerships:
• Plan and execute media purchases across print, digital, and outdoor channels to maximize outreach.
• Negotiate and manage vendor relationships for efficient cost management and timely delivery.
• Identify and leverage high-value sponsorship opportunities that align with brand objectives to boost visibility and engagement.
5. Event Coordination:
• Organize and manage pivotal events such as property launches, open houses, broker meetings, training sessions, and client appreciation events.
• Ensure effective vendor management and logistical coordination for events.
6. Public Relations Management:
• Develop and sustain relationships with media outlets; oversee press releases for new launches and significant milestones.
• Manage influencer partnerships and promote thought leadership initiatives.
• Submit and track entries for industry awards and recognitions.
7. Customer Experience Optimization:
• Analyze and personalize customer experiences throughout the inquiry process in show galleries and sales environments.
• Develop customized sales kits and scripts for buyers and partners.
• Curate meaningful gifts and promotional items for brokers and partners during key events.
8. Compliance and Permissions:
• Secure necessary approvals from Trakheesi for event activations and marketing efforts, ensuring adherence to regulatory standards.
