This role is far from conventional; it encompasses a wide array of functions including demand generation, content creation, event management, social media engagement, partnerships, and product marketing. You will play a crucial role in executing campaigns, testing innovative ideas, and contributing to exceptional work across the marketing funnel. Collaborating closely with Sales, Product, and leadership teams will provide you with invaluable insights into how a high-velocity company builds pipeline and scales revenue.

Your Responsibilities
- Implement and manage campaigns across various channels including paid media, email marketing, SEO, webinars, events, partnerships, and social media, translating strategic plans into action.
- Create compelling content such as emails, landing pages, social media posts, event materials, case studies, and campaign assets.
- Enhance your design instincts and collaborate on creative projects with a focus on quality and detail.
- Track and report on trends in B2B marketing, AI, enterprise technology, and modern go-to-market strategies, consistently bringing fresh ideas to the team.
- Conduct A/B testing, analyze results, and leverage insights to enhance performance.
- Support marketing automation efforts, CRM updates, list management, and campaign setup to maintain scalable systems.
- Work with Sales to evaluate lead quality and identify messaging gaps.
- Partner with Product Marketing to align positioning and campaigns effectively.
- Assist leadership with research and special projects as needed.
- Be proactive in taking on high-impact tasks, whether it’s quickly launching a webinar or developing a target account list from scratch.
Your Profile
- 1 to 3 years of experience in marketing, growth strategies, content creation, startups, or related areas.
