Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively. Ability to adapt to shifting priorities and client needs while maintaining a results-focused approach. Must reside within commuting distance of the Greenville/Spartanburg SC area. Passion for travel and willingness to be on the road more than 50% of the time. A university or college degree, or a successful blend of education and experience.

We are in search of a passionate, growth-oriented, and highly driven Key Account Manager to join our vibrant team. In this pivotal role, you will play a crucial part in cultivating and sustaining robust relationships with our key accounts, uncovering new opportunities, and propelling revenue growth.

This position is perfect for someone with a passion for travel, as it requires you to be on the road more than 50% of the time to engage with clients, participate in industry events, and fortify customer relationships. Your responsibilities:

  • Build and nurture strong, long-lasting relationships with key accounts.
  • Actively identify and pursue growth opportunities within assigned accounts and new markets.
  • Formulate and implement account strategies that align with company objectives and aim to exceed sales targets.
  • Work in tandem with internal teams, including engineering and operations, to guarantee the smooth and timely delivery of client projects.
  • Act as the primary liaison for key clients, ensuring their needs are met with outstanding service and communication.
  • Evaluate client data, industry trends, and feedback to uncover opportunities for innovation and process enhancements.
  • Represent item America at client meetings, trade shows, and industry events.
  • Travel extensively (50% or more of the time) to meet clients and attend events.
