Requirements:Minimum of 2 years experience as a field representative or account manager in the UAE, preferably within the automotive industry. Proficient in using CRM software and apps (Salesforce experience preferred). Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English. Proven closing skills. Strong customer service orientation, work ethic, and a commitment to achieving success. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively. Knowledgeable in customer service and training techniques with a quick learning ability. Valid UAE driver’s license and a willingness to travel to meet clients.

In this role, you will engage with potential buyers and sellers, driving revenue through car sales. We seek individuals with exceptional negotiation skills, outstanding communication abilities, and a passion for sales.

As a Field Sales Representative, you will serve as a vital link between our company and clients, working diligently to achieve targeted sales and profit margins. Your strong communication and negotiation skills will be essential in enhancing our closing ratios.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Establishing and nurturing relationships with both sellers and buyers.
  • Presenting vehicle features and conducting test drives during field viewings.
  • Collaborating closely with our finance, insurance, and transfer teams to facilitate successful vehicle transfers.
  • Identifying and understanding customer needs before providing tailored recommendations.
  • Addressing client queries and concerns via phone and email during viewings.
  • Gaining insight into the automotive market and its diverse audiences.
  • Following up with buyers and sellers to enhance the closing ratio.
  • Promoting various car models based on buyer preferences.
  • Analyzing inspection reports before viewings and professionally explaining vehicle conditions, service history, and warranties to customers.
  • Sharing inspection reports with prospective buyers.
  • Accurately updating viewing records and adding comments to the system in a timely manner.
