Your Role
As our Content Strategist & Creator, you will be responsible for shaping Oboe's digital presence on platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, and X. This role requires a hands-on creative individual who can conceptualize, storyboard, shoot, edit, write, and publish engaging content tailored to each platform's unique style.
You are someone who is always ahead of TikTok trends, understands the nuances of effective hooks, and can transform ideas into polished short-form videos within tight deadlines. Your creativity will help spark curiosity and engagement around Oboe.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement Oboe’s social media strategy across TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, and X.
Create monthly content calendars driven by current trends, cultural insights, and enduring educational themes.
Produce original short-form videos and other content that aligns with each platform's native style.
Ensure consistency in tone, visual branding, and storytelling across all channels.
Quickly respond to emerging trends and cultural events with creative content.
Interact with our audience, engaging authentically through comments, stitches, and replies to foster a lively community.
Analyze audience behavior to generate fresh content ideas.
Monitor performance metrics to refine content strategies and experiment with new formats.
Ideal Candidate Characteristics (Must-Haves)
2+ years of experience in content creation for social media, preferably with a brand, creator, startup, or agency.
Proficient in ideating, scripting, shooting, editing, and publishing content with minimal supervision.
Hands-on experience with short-form video editing tools (CapCut, Premiere, etc.).
Demonstrated ability to create content that fosters engagement and drives growth.
