The position offers a base salary of $65,000, with uncapped commission potential and significant on-target earnings: $65,000–$110,000 in year one, and $115,000–$135,000+ in year two.
What you will do
- Own and develop your territory through daily in-person prospecting and outreach.
- Connect with potential clients using cold calls, door-to-door visits, and relationship building with local business owners.
- Lead needs-based consultations to uncover client challenges and recommend digital marketing solutions.
- Present a full suite of offerings, including websites, SEM/PPC, SEO, social media advertising, display advertising, and reputation management.
- Deliver compelling presentations both virtually and in person to secure new business.
- Build a portfolio of clients that generates ongoing, residual commissions.
- Support clients post-sale to maintain long-term relationships.
- Track activities and manage your pipeline using CRM tools.
Requirements
- Competitive drive and a strong desire to win new business.
- At least 1 year of B2B, outside, or field sales experience preferred, but not required.
- Proven ability in cold-calling and prospecting.
- Confident communication and presentation skills.

Compensation
- Base salary: $65,000
- Uncapped commission and monthly bonus opportunities
- Year 1 on-target earnings: $65,000–$110,000
- Year 2 on-target earnings: $115,000–$135,000+
