Your Role:

Maintain accurate and detailed spreadsheets of prospective client information including names, titles, contact details, and other relevant data.
Execute daily outreach to potential clients leveraging updated client data.
Engage in cold calling to establish connections with prospective clients.
Apply creative problem-solving techniques to enhance our new business development strategies.
Negotiate project rates and deadlines with both prospective and current clients.
Educate clients about the translation process, including our pricing, turnaround justifications, and competitive insights.
Collaborate with production teams to ensure project delivery meets our quality standards.
Consistently follow up with clients to ensure they are satisfied with service delivery and quality.
Stay informed about industry trends relevant to the markets TransPerfect serves.
Undertake special projects or additional responsibilities as required.
