Role Overview

We are on the lookout for an energetic and results-driven Account Manager to expand and nurture a portfolio of contractors and commercial clients. This position combines account development, relationship building, and solution-oriented selling across various sectors including:

  • Commercial Landscaping
  • High-End Residential
  • Agriculture
  • Sports Turf & Facilities
  • Parks & Municipalities

In this role, you will serve as a trusted advisor to your accounts, collaborating closely with our local branches to provide exceptional service and high-quality products.

Summary: The Account Manager will oversee and grow a dedicated book of business in the outdoor and landscape supply industry. This role entails acquiring new customers and strengthening relationships with current clients by offering tailored solutions for their landscape supply requirements. As a primary point of contact, the Account Manager will assess customer needs, ensuring optimal product selection, pricing, and service delivery. Beyond sales, the Account Manager will educate customers about products, assist with project needs, and work with internal teams to guarantee customer satisfaction. This position reports to the Divisional Sales Manager.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience in sales or account management within the landscape or outdoor supply industry

What You’ll Bring

  • 3+ years of B2B sales experience (landscape supply, irrigation, agricultural supply, or construction preferred)
  • Proven track record of account growth
  • Ability to effectively address both new business and existing customer needs
  • Experience with CRM systems (HubSpot or similar)
  • Willingness to travel
  • Strong sense of accountability and territory management
  • Collaborative mindset to work with internal teams across sales, operations, and customer service

Additional Qualifications:

  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned territory
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is advantageous
