Position Overview
We are in search of a motivated Account Executive to facilitate the integration of Wordsmith within more in-house legal teams. You will engage from the outset, focusing on prospecting, scheduling product demonstrations, conducting discovery sessions, and finalizing agreements. Your efforts will be bolstered by a dedicated Sales Development Representative (SDR) team and a powerful growth marketing strategy.

Key Responsibilities
Identify, assess, and secure new business prospects.
Deliver engaging demonstrations consistently and expand the sales pipeline.
Achieve and surpass quarterly sales and pipeline targets.
Establish and maintain trusted relationships with Legal Operations leaders, General Counsel, and Heads of Legal.
Work collaboratively with Product and Marketing teams to refine messaging and influence our product roadmap.
Maintain accurate pipeline data and forecasts by treating CRM as your operational backbone.
Qualifications
Minimum of 3 years' experience in SaaS sales, with a focus on mid-market clients.
Demonstrable success in achieving sales quotas and closing deals, particularly with Average Contract Values (ACVs) around $50,000.
Expertise in consultative selling, conducting demos, and value-driven sales techniques.
High emotional intelligence and the ability to navigate complex organizational structures.
Self-motivated, inquisitive, and adaptable to changing circumstances.
Organized and data-oriented, with strong pipeline management and follow-through skills.
