Join us as we expand our Hospo team! As an Account Executive, you will play a vital role in introducing our solutions to prospective clients. Your focus will be on customizing Lightspeed products to meet their unique needs and ensuring they are set up for success.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Lead engaging product presentations primarily through video calls, collaborating with clients to build effective solutions.
- Negotiate pricing effectively to secure successful deals.
- Embrace our #MakeitTogether philosophy by closely collaborating with Sales Engineering and Sales Development Representatives to arrange appointments with potential clients.
Your Qualifications:
We expect you to foster strong relationships with clients, proactively addressing their inquiries while possessing an in-depth understanding of our solutions. Prior experience in sales or account management is advantageous, and a passion for customer service is essential.
