Responsibilities:Achieve monthly sales goals within designated territories. Optimize your sales pipeline through targeted prospecting efforts. Focus predominantly on sales calls to prospects with a solid inbound pipeline to arrange demonstrations, build relationships, and close B2B SaaS deals. Adopt a consultative sales methodology to identify and address a prospect’s challenges, effectively articulating how Workyard can provide solutions. Collaborate with clients to grasp their business needs and requirements. Requirements:Minimum of 4 years of experience in SaaS sales, particularly targeting SMB or Mid-Market clients. Proven success in outbound sales or sales development. Self-motivated and entrepreneurial in mindset. Ability to cultivate strong interpersonal relationships within client organizations of varying sizes. Consistent and robust work ethic. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills, capable of managing multiple tasks and priorities. A team player with a collaborative spirit. Familiarity with the construction sector is a plus. Bachelor's Degree required.
